I feel very fortunate to have been born
in and to live in Sligo.
County Sligo, immortalised by W.B.
Yeats, is situated on the North West
coast of Ireland.

County Sligo and its neighbouring counties in North Connacht have some of the most scenic locations in Western Europe.

 I have always been smitten not only by the scenic charms of   North Connacht but also by the people, history and especially the enchanting atmosphere.

For those reasons, I want to share with you a little of my own Sligo area.
I intend to regularly up-date here and increase the locations I share with you.
